As a Consultant, after an initial 5 week class room based training period, we invest a great deal in our employees' training and mentoring. As a FactSet Consultant you will be given immediate responsibility, working directly on exciting and challenging projects and delivering business solutions for our clients in either Investment Management or Investment Banking teams.

No matter what department you join, if you are interested in taking the CFA exam, we'll provide five days of PTO prior to the exam, reimbursement for exam and study material fees (pending a passing grade), and a bonus for each level achieved. Historically, FactSetters have passed Level I of the CFA exam at a rate of 69%, compared to the national average of 35%. We also encourage employees to pursue CIPM, CAIA, and FRM designations and cover the costs of those exams for some teams.
