At Fulton Hogan, safety comes first in everything we do. It’s not just a policy or a set of rules — it’s about putting people at the heart of our work and helping everyone go home safe. We are now looking for Safety Graduates to join our 2027 Graduate Program across Australia.
As a Safety Graduate, you’ll work at both office and site level, helping teams implement and maintain health and safety processes and initiatives. You’ll support operational teams with site safety tasks, help manage critical risks and contribute to stronger safety awareness.
What you’ll get involved in

- Working with leaders, crews and project teams to support safe delivery
What our Graduate Program offers
You’ll join a 12-month graduate program with exposure to fast-paced environments where no challenge is the same. Previous Safety Graduate adverts included a Career Development Framework, networking and development sessions, a buddy, a regional welcome and annual Grad Induction.

About you
You’re practical, approachable and confident speaking with different people. You care about doing the right thing and are ready to learn how safety supports good work.
You’ll bring:
- A relevant Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Science or related qualification
- Practical decision-making skills
- A hands-on approach to getting things done safely
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Passion, enthusiasm, resilience and drive
- Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and relocate for career opportunities where required
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
- Have valid working rights in Australia
- Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years, or be due to complete your studies before February 2027
- Have achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark of 65 out of 100
