About the Program

The Future Insure Graduate Program connects recent graduates with top insurance employers across Australia. We don’t just place you in a role, we help you explore different areas of insurance and find the career path that suits your specific goals, strengths, and interests.

You’ll be guided by experienced mentors, complete industry-recognised training, and build practical skills through real work, coaching, and networking opportunities.

Where You Could Work

You don’t need a specific degree to succeed in insurance. Our graduates come from a wide range of study areas, including psychology, health, law, business, science, and the arts.

Depending on your interests and the employer you join, you could work in: 

• Insurance Broking – Act as a trusted adviser to clients, helping them protect their business or personal assets 

• Claims Management – Guide customers through the claims process and support them during life’s tough moments 

• Underwriting – Use critical thinking and risk analysis to build fair, sustainable insurance policies 

• Loss Adjusting – Investigate insurance claims and assess damage or loss 

• Customer Experience or Operations – Help deliver seamless service behind the scenes and improve how businesses operate

What We’re Looking For 

• A degree completed within the last three years (any discipline) 

• Full Australian working rights 

• A credit average (65%) or higher 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

• A team-oriented mindset and desire to help others 

• A drive to build a meaningful, long-term career
