Job description – Solutions Engineer
The Solutions Engineer will become an expert in the product, deeply understanding key customer challenges to provide the right solution. It’s the perfect role for a cyber security, technology or computer science graduate passionate about innovative technology and helping solve technical problems.

Responsibilities of the role – Solutions Engineer
In this Solutions Engineer role, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Hands-on training to understand the technical products inside out
• Attending on-site and online product demonstrations for customers
• Providing technical support pre and post-sales
• Understanding customer needs and assisting with product development
• Liaising with internal teams (e.g Sales and technical teams)
• Preparing sales decks and relevant reports
• Keeping up to date with industry trends

Requirements of the role – Solutions Engineer

• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject area (e.g. Cyber Security, Computer Science, Technology etc.)
• Strong technical understanding of cyber security technologies
• Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent technical aptitude
• Passionate about the industry and innovation
• Relevant work experience in technology or cyber security is required
• A keen problem solver
• Thrives in a small, dynamic team environment
• The ability to build relationships quickly with a variety of stakeholders
• Creative thinker
• A ”can-do” attitude
