Job description – Junior Management Accountant  
In this Junior Management Accountant role, you will handle management accounting, project reporting, financial reporting, contract administration and other related tasks.  

You will work with various members of the team including the accountant, general counsel and CEO/founder of the business to aid you in your responsibilities.

Key responsibilities - Junior Management Accountant 
In this Junior Management Accountant role, your tasks will include: 

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements  
• Support the accountant in managing financial records and transactions 
• Prepare and present regular project reports, including progress, financials and risks 
• Assisting in preparing budgets, forecasts and financial plans 
• Work closely with the accountant to manage contractor payments and invoicing  
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records and assist in managing accounts payable and receivable  
• Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts 

Job Requirements - Junior Management Accountant 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Commerce, Business etc.)  
• Experience using accounting software Xero and financial reporting tools (desirable)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Energetic and positive attitude! 
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic 
• A team player 
• Willingness to learn
