About Us:
GO.FARM is a progressive and fast-growing agribusiness focused on building great farms and great people. We own and operate large-scale farming projects across Australia, transforming farmland into highly productive assets. Our Graduate Programs offer real-world experience, learning, and pathways to a future career in farm management or agribusiness.
About the Program:
GO.FARM’s next Graduate Program starts in January 2026 and offers two unique pathways designed to give you hands-on experience and set you up for success:
1. Agribusiness Program (18 months)
Split your time between one of GO.FARM’s farming projects and our Melbourne Farm Hub. You’ll start on-farm, learning the operations side of our business, then move into our office, gaining exposure to investment, finance, accounts, communications, research, and HR. This immersive program builds a solid foundation in agribusiness operations and sets you up for a career in the business of farming.
2. Farmland Program (12 months)
Spend 12 months working on one of GO.FARM’s transformational farming projects. You’ll be part of a dynamic farm team, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale farming operations and exposure to business and safety protocols. This program is designed to grow your technical knowledge, practical skills, and industry relationships—all on the ground where the action happens.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Get involved in the daily running of large-scale farm operations.
- Learn how decisions are made around crop planning, production, budgets, and risk.
- Develop strong skills in farm management software, systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Gain exposure to the commercial side of agribusiness (Agribusiness Program).
- Build relationships with experienced farm managers, investors, and industry leaders.
- Be supported by mentors and a structured development plan to grow your capability and confidence.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Final-year students or recent graduates (up to 2 years out) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, Commerce, or related fields.
- Practical, solutions-focused people ready to roll up their sleeves.
- Strong communicators and team players who love working with people.
- A genuine interest in large-scale farming or agribusiness operations.
- Willingness to relocate to regional locations and get hands-on.
Why Join GO.FARM?
- Work in a business that values innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
