Gold Fields
Gold Fields Australia is part of the global Gold Fields group, a globally diversified gold producer with nine operating mines in Australia, Peru, South Africa and West Africa (including the Asanko JV), as well as one project in Chile. Our four Australian mines are Agnew, Granny Smith, St Ives and Gruyere (a 50/50 joint venture with Gold Road Resources), we also have a corporate office in Perth.
Our four Australian mines are located in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia where over 1,500 staff are employed on a residential or fly-in, fly-out basis.
Each year we recruit Graduates and Vacation Students, across our four mine sites and in the corporate office.

The Gold Fields Australia Graduate Program offers tailored mentoring, technical development, and role specific training to ensure you succeed. Over your two-year Graduate Program, you will learn from our international team of talented professionals, exchanging knowledge, building skills and gaining experience across our 4 mine sites. All our Graduates commence their Graduate Program as permanent employees of Gold Fields Australia.
With the vast portfolio of underground and open pits across the Gold Fields Australia assets, we can offer you a rich and diverse start to your mining career. You can build highly sought-after skills in one of Australia’s most prosperous gold regions.
