Graduate Program
The Gold Fields Australia Graduate Program offers tailored mentoring, technical development, and role specific training to ensure you succeed. Over your two-year Graduate Program, you will learn from our international team of talented professionals, exchanging knowledge, building skills and gaining experience across our four mine sites. All our Graduates commence their Graduate Program as permanent employees of Gold Fields Australia.

- Offer
- Once pre-employment checks are complete, a Talent Aquisition Advisor will call you to discuss your offer.
- Acceptance
- Upon acceptance of your offer we will commence the online onboarding process where you will enter information to prepare for your start date as a Gold Fields employee!
