Health Sector Support Internship
AI Job Summary
This is a fee-based placement program: $2,700, paid across 6 instalments, about $450 each.
Gradability places graduates into real Australian workplaces. We handle the whole process, matching, prep, and placement, so you're not figuring this out alone.
No experience yet? That's exactly who this is for. Health sector roles almost always want Australian workplace experience before they'll even look at your application. This internship is guaranteed: a real host organisation for 12 weeks, locked in before you even start prep. Not another application disappearing into a black hole.
Before you start, you're matched with a placement consultant who works with you through resume prep, interview practice, and matching to an organisation based on what you studied and where you actually want to work.
Where you start, and where it can go
- Start on the fundamentals: supporting health service administration, coordinating appointments and records, assisting with reporting and compliance documentation
- Show initiative and you can move into policy and program support, research assistance, real exposure to how a health organisation actually runs
- Hands-on with the systems real health teams use: patient management software, scheduling and reporting platforms
Do you qualify?
Degree in a health-related field, exercise physiology, health policy, nursing, pharmacology, physiotherapy, psychology, radiography, speech pathology, or similar. No prior experience needed, you're not expected to have it already.
