Before you start, you're matched with a placement consultant who works with you through resume prep, interview practice, and matching to a company based on what you studied and where you actually want to work.

Where you start, and where it can go

• Some interns start directly in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, depending on what your host company needs and what you bring.
• Others start on system documentation, testing, and reporting support, then move into analysis work as they show they can handle it.
• Either way, you're working with the tools real teams use: databases, reporting platforms, whatever stack the host runs on.
