Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to take up the position of HR Graduate. This great opportunity to kick start your HR Career,where you will learn the business from the ground up. The successful candidate will have an inclusive, progressive and hands-on approach.

\r\n

About the Role:

\r\n

You'll consult with Managers across the organisation about roles that need to be filled and advertise to attract the industries best talent.
Source and screen candidates for a variety of different roles, assessing their suitability and conduct initial face to face/virtual interviews.
Make short list recommendations to managers.
Carry out all pre-employment screening of candidates and completing the end to end process of recruitment and onboarding.
Liaise with HR team to successfully and professionally onboard candidates.
Manage our employment brand.
Liaise with schools careers advisors and promote our apprenticeship programs.
HR Admin tasks for example dealing with TAFE, learning internal HR systems, assisting with HR documents.

About you:

\r\n

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
Passion for generalist HR activities.
Proven ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
A confident and flexible approach.
Openness to new ideas and a desire to work in a strong company that is committed to excellence.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and management team.
Attention to detail.
Self motivated, team player.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
