We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our growing corporate services team. This is a full-time, hands-on role offering excellent exposure to real-world accounting and financial operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. Some accounting/bookkeeping experience will be beneficial although not essential. Accountant graduates are welcome to apply.

About the Role

Working closely with both our internal client service team and the client’s finance department, you will assist in delivering day-to-day bookkeeping as well as monthly management accounts. This deadline-driven role requires high attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to quality and timeliness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • General ledger maintenance and journal entries
  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Preparing BAS and related compliance reports
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Using Oracle and other software to manage financial data
  • Communicating effectively with the client’s finance team and other stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle, Xero, or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Good excel skills
  • Full Australian working rights
