13-Week Full-Time Paid Summer Internship at Hilton Foods - Starting 24th of November 2025.

Project: Work alongside the FP&A team to streamline and standardise procedures and automate reporting by updating SOPs and supporting the setup of automated reports using Hilton’s templates. 

Overview: As an intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how our finance team operates and reports. Your main focus will be updating our team’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using Hilton’s standardised templates, giving you a deep understanding of how key financial processes work in a large, fast-paced business. You’ll also support the creation and automation of financial and performance reports, working closely with experienced analysts. You’ll not only document how key financial reports are prepared but also have the chance to identify inefficiencies and contribute to automating them—giving you hands-on exposure to process improvement and the impact of digital tools in finance. This is a rare opportunity to gain real-world experience in financial planning, data reporting, and process improvement-building your technical, analytical, and communication skills in the process. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Update and Standardise Documents: Update and standardise FP&A teams’ S&Ops and process documentation by using approved APAC S&OP template. 

• Report Creation: Assist with the creation and automation of financial and management reports.  

• Collaborate with Other Team Members: Collaborate with team members to collect information and clarify documentation requirements.   

• Data Preparation: Support data preparation and analysis using Excel and other reporting tools. 

• Participate in Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.  

Goal: By the end of the project, you’ll standardise and streamline the FP&A team’s operating procedures and reporting processes by aligning them with Hilton’s approved templates and supporting the automation of key financial reports.

• Currently studying or recently graduated from a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or Data Analytics  

• Intermediate to advanced Excel, Power BI and basic financial reporting concepts 

• Outstanding time management skills: Able to balance working both independently and as part of a team 

• A positive and passionate attitude with a strong focus on customer service 

• Attention to detail that ensures quality in everything you do 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change 

• Willingness to travel within the state if required as part of onboarding ( 1 week only ) 

To succeed in this role, you'll need: 

• Ambition: You’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team beyond expectations 

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to understand how things work end-to-end 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
