The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for students to join our Canberra office as a Personal Assistant. This role provides a unique chance to advance your career and contribute to a growing practice. We strongly encourage first and second-year law students to apply. You'll be busy with:

• assisting Partners and other allocated legal staff;
• matter management;
• preparation of correspondence and court documents;
• monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant; and
• diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• experience in previous admistrative roles is desireable;
• excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail;
• availibity across 2-4 days;
• strong time management and organisation skills; and
• experience using Microsoft and finance platforms is highly desirable but not essential.
