An exciting entry level position has become available for a full-time permanent Order Administrator/Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Warriewood.
About the role
With full on-the-job training, our new Order Administrator/ Customer Service Officer will become responsible for liaising with customers and internal departments to process customer orders.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Proactively manage customer orders to be aware of inventory or supply issues and communicate any issues with customers and commercial team in a timely manner
- Process sales and inventory transactions
- Create and maintain customer, supplier, and product files in our ERP (JD Edwards)
- Monitor distribution of product to customers and follow up on sales orders
- Taking inbound calls to answer inquiries, take orders, and respond to customer needs.
- Liaise with sales and support staff to keep them up to date on customer needs
- Escalate issues to the manager or sales team when required.
