Graduate Lawyer – Property & Development (NSW)

Infocus Legal is a boutique property firm acting on complex, fast-moving matters—off-the-plan sales, strata/community title, development agreements, acquisitions/disposals, leasing and project delivery. We’re looking for a graduate who wants hands-on work, great training and real ownership.

What you’ll do

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts
  
• Run conveyancing files end-to-end with guidance.
  
• Liaise with clients, agents, financiers and counterparties; manage timelines and risks.
  
• Research and distil NSW legislation and case updates into practical advice.
  

What you’ll bring

• Law degree (or final semester).
  
• Strong drafting, attention to detail and time management.
  
• A proactive, commercial mindset and clear written/verbal communication.
