About the role
As a Graduate, Data & Analytics, you will support ICA’s data strategy and contribute to evidence-based decision-making.
- Build dashboards, datasets, and insights
- Analyse trends and research across natural disasters, insurance, and affordability
- Turn complex data into clear, compelling stories
- Support data quality and governance
- Collaborate across teams on high-impact projects
About you
You are a curious and analytical early-career professional who enjoys solving problems and turning data into meaningful insights.
- Degree (or near completion) in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Python or Power BI
- Clear communication skills
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Interest in insurance, climate or policy is a bonus
