About the role 

As a Graduate, Data & Analytics, you will support ICA’s data strategy and contribute to evidence-based decision-making. 

• Build dashboards, datasets, and insights 
• Analyse trends and research across natural disasters, insurance, and affordability 
• Turn complex data into clear, compelling stories 
• Support data quality and governance 
• Collaborate across teams on high-impact projects 

About you 

You are a curious and analytical early-career professional who enjoys solving problems and turning data into meaningful insights. 

• Degree (or near completion) in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Python or Power BI 
• Clear communication skills 
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn 
• Interest in insurance, climate or policy is a bonus
