 Your Challenge:

Working closely with the Ecommerce and Digital team, you will be responsible for the execution of digital activity across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate closely with the Online Channel Manager to deliver exceptional results, maintain site integrity, and achieve business objectives during an exciting period of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Content Management: Upload and remove content according to the ecommerce calendar. Create and modify web pages to support seasonal campaigns and business activities.
  • Product Merchandising: Execute site merchandising tasks, including enabling/disabling products and ensuring product attributes and descriptions are accurate and SEO-optimised.
  • Email Marketing Support: Assist in building, testing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Shopify Migration Project: Act as a key support resource for the migration to Shopify. This includes data entry, content mapping, and rigorous testing (UAT) to ensure the new ANZ sites are launched without errors.

Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/qualification in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Readiness: While no full-time experience is required, previous internships, retail experience, or personal projects are highly regarded.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Workspace. You should be comfortable navigating Excel/Sheets and interested in learning how to manage datasets.
  • E-commerce Curiosity: A keen interest in how online stores work. Previous exposure to Shopify or similar platforms is a major plus, but a willingness to learn the backend is essential.
  • Soft Skills: A detail-oriented mindset with a "detective" approach to problem-solving. You are a proactive team player who isn't afraid to ask questions and take initiative.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for collaborating with the team and contributing to a positive culture.
