As a sales and marketing graduate with Kimberly-Clark, you’ll get all the benefits of working with a global company without sacrificing the connection of a smaller team.

  • Get time in the field where you’ll interact up close and personal with products and customers. Gain valuable hands-on experience that’ll help you in any part of our business

  • Immerse yourself in all things brand, with a rotation in marketing. You’ll be responsible for your own projects here, too

  • Build your own customer relationships as part of our accounts team

  • Experience how sales and marketing come together while engaging in strategy execution with our Category team

To apply for our grad program, you’ll need:

  • Degree qualifications received within the last 2 years, or you are due to graduate this year

  • A current driver’s licence

  • The right to live and work in Australia

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
