As an Undergraduate, you will be supported through a formal 12-week summer program that will provide you with practical onsite experience, exposure to best-in-class projects, unique learning experiences and the opportunity to connect with senior leaders in our construction business.

About you:

Our Undergrads are anything but ordinary. They are community-builders, change-makers, record-breakers. But, most importantly, they are themselves. At Lendlease, we celebrate individuality - it’s what makes us unique.

We are searching for students who are early in their degree or in their penultimate year of study (i.e due to complete their studies in 2025), from a range of academic backgrounds which may include (but not limited to):

• Construction or Project Management

• Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Environmental and Asset)

• Construction Economics, Architecture, Design, Quantity Surveying

• Double Degree: Property/Engineering/Project Management/Construction Management AND Commerce/Business

You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and have an interest in agile and innovative ways of working. We are looking for undergraduates who are passionate and motivated to make a difference, with a commitment to safety, sustainability and diversity.

Roles Available in Construction:

• Undergraduate - Site Engineer (ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, WA)

• Undergraduate Cost Planner (NSW, VIC)

• Undergraduate UX Engineer – (NSW, VIC)

• Undergraduate – Commercial (NSW, VIC, QLD)

Application Process

• Applications open 17 June 2024

• You must hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency

• Submit your CV, academic transcript and proof of Australia residency or citizenship

• Applications close 17 July 2024, 11:59pm AEST

• The application process includes a Blended Online Assessment, Video Interview, Assessment Centre (a short presentation and interview)

• Start your new role in a fulltime capacity in November 2024
