Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for sustainable buildings, energy performance, and climate resilience? We’re expanding our Energy & Sustainability (ESD) team in Melbourne and are looking for curious minds ready to drive change. 

Who Should Apply? 

We welcome applications from individuals who hold (or are close to completing) an Australian-recognised degree in: 

  • - Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental) 

  • - Architecture 

  • - Sustainability, Environmental Science or similar disciplines 

No experience? That’s okay. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to 2 years' industry experience. 

The Opportunity 

As part of our Melbourne-based team, you’ll: 

  • - Contribute to high-profile, sustainable design projects across Australia 

  • - Advise clients on energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and climate resilience 

  • - Collaborate closely with our national Energy & Sustainability team 

  • - Learn from industry leaders and grow your impact through real-world projects
