Our graduates complete 2 x 12-month rotations across our business, allowing you to truly experience the breadth of what we have to offer. We have multiple factories and offices across Australia and New Zealand, and we are looking for open minded graduates who are willing to take on any experience across our locations and functional groups.  

With mentorship from senior leaders, hands-on experience, and a collaborative environment, you’ll rapidly develop the skills and knowledge needed to fast track your career. 

 

About the Engineering Stream  

Our Engineering team plays a critical role in our success, ensuring efficient and sustainable production of our iconic products. 

By focusing on sustainability and continuous improvement, the Engineering team plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality products while minimizing our environmental impact. From troubleshooting issues, to running projects to streamlining operations, no two days are the same in this dynamic team. 

Potential rotations may include: Project Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Industrial Engineering.   

 

Where is the Engineering stream located? 

Ballarat, Victoria (Australia) 

 

When does the program start? 

January 2025.

Preferred educational background or interest  

Mechanical or Process Engineering preferred, but open to all Engineering disciplines 

 

Eligibility Criteria 

We welcome your application if you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident and have completed a bachelor’s degree before commencing the program. 

For the Engineering stream only, we will consider applications from those who hold a Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485).
