2025 Graduate Program - Procurement

The Mars Leadership Experience is not your average graduate program! Our award winning, 2-year program is packed with unforgettable experiences, opportunities and learning.  

To us, every graduate is a potential leader. That’s why we offer you the unique opportunity to step into a real role, right from the start. You’ll be given responsibility and empowered to make an impact right from the get-go by delivering real results.  

Our graduates complete 2 x 12-month rotations across our business, allowing you to truly experience the breadth of what we have to offer. We have multiple factories and offices across Australia and New Zealand, and we are looking for open minded graduates who are willing to take on any experience across our locations and functional groups.  

With mentorship from senior leaders, hands-on experience, and a collaborative environment, you’ll rapidly develop the skills and knowledge needed to fast track your career.  

About the Procurement Stream 

Our Procurement team is the backbone of our efficient and cost-effective operations, managing supplier relationships to keep everything running smoothly.  

They source the best goods and services at the right price, handle supplier negotiations, and ensure all raw materials and packaging are available.  

From evaluating suppliers to managing contracts, they ensure we get what we need, when we need it, in the most sustainable way possible. 

Where is the Procurement stream located? 

Ballarat or Melbourne, Victoria (Australia)

Commerce, Economics, Business, Finance, International Business, Engineering, Procurement & Purchasing 

When does the program start? 

January 2025.

Eligibility Criteria 

We welcome your application if you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident and have completed a bachelor’s degree before commencing the program.
