We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the Matthews’ team based in Scoresby. This is development role that will see you learn our business, hone your marketing skills, and support the Commercial Products and Marketing team to deliver marketing initiatives. In return, you will be supported with a tailored development plan within a workplace that values progressive best practises.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Working with our Communication Specialists on our social media presence, content production and promotion, including company Blog and whitepapers
Supporting the maintenance and growth of Matthews’ install base market mapping program including regularly updating our customer database
Supporting the optimization of content on the Matthews website
Assisting with email marketing campaigns, promotional activities and event coordinator (trade shows)
Coordinating monthly and annual customer satisfaction survey

To be successful in this role, you will have great written and verbal communications skills, an innovative mindset, a passion for digital marketing and familiarity with graphic design programs. You will also be self-motivated and be able to handle multiple conflicting priorities.
