Good Life Lead – Disability support & team leadership (Part-Time / Casual / Contract)
Location: Near Berowra, NSW
Hours: 19.5 hours/week (2 direct support shifts + 5.5 hours leadership and coordination) | Flexible start date
Pay: SCHADS Level 4.1 (above award) 

Join a small, values-driven team supporting Matthew — a man in his 50s living a self-directed, community-connected life. This unique role blends hands-on disability support with team leadership and coordination.

You might be a career-change support worker, an experienced support worker seeking leadership and growth or an internationally trained health professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-2 direct support shifts/week to get to know Matthew and support him in his home and community
• Coordinate supports across health, communication, and relationships
• Mentor a small, thoughtful support team
• Partner with family, allied health professionals, and community groups

About You:

• Strong values and commitment to person-centred support
• Great communicator and relationship builder
• Interest or experience in wellbeing, health coordination, or positive behaviour support
• Organised, calm, and proactive
• Ready to grow or step into leadership

Desirable:

• Allied health, nursing, or leadership experience
• Familiarity with NDIS, health coordination, or behaviour support
