Business Operations & Strategy Intern (Sydney)

The objective of the Development Operations Team is to facilitate consistency and alignment across Development (Development, Design, Construction, Sales & Marketing), enabling technology, knowledge sharing and thoughtful processes for efficiency and operational excellence.

The Business Solutions Intern will assist the national Development Operations team with delivering various projects and initiatives. This experience will be broad and diverse with a great view across the One Development business and broader Mirvac functions.

Am I eligible for the Internship program?

If you meet the following criteria, please apply:

  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week
  • Penultimate year of your Bachelor or Masters' degree in Business (Studies/Administration/Management), Property Economics, Property Development, Commerce, Economics, Process Design or Process Improvement and due to graduate in 2025
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate

Applications will be reviewed across August and September. If your application is progressed, you will be asked to complete a video interview and invited to attend an Assessment Centre in October.
