Ready to launch your engineering career on real projects that shape the world around you? At NDY, we’re looking for passionate graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Program in our mechanical discipline.
What you’ll be doing
As a graduate in the mechanical stream, you’ll work on a variety of projects. Most will be local, with opportunities to get involved in work across Australia and internationally through our wider network of offices.
Your role will focus on designing mechanical heating, cooling and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for different types of buildings. This includes working closely with equipment suppliers, other services and structural teams to bring the full design together. You’ll be involved from early concept sketches through to detailed 3D models that help shape a practical, working system.
Along the way, you’ll build not just your technical skills, but also your communication and project management abilities.
You’ll also gain exposure to consulting, which includes learning how to understand client needs, present your ideas and build strong working relationships.
