Ready to launch your engineering career on real projects that shape the world around you? At NDY, we’re looking for passionate graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Program in our structural discipline.

What you’ll be doing

As a graduate in our structural team, you’ll get hands-on experience working on a variety of projects. While many are based locally, there are also opportunities to contribute to national and international work through our wider network of offices.

You’ll be involved in:

• Designing and analysing structural systems for buildings of all shapes and sizes - this could include anything from commercial office fitouts to large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Working closely with architects, engineers and consultants to make sure structural solutions align with other building systems.
• Using modelling tools to develop practical, buildable and sustainable designs - you’ll be involved from early concepts through to construction documentation.
• Visiting sites to see how your designs take shape and learn how your decisions play out in the real world.

Our Graduate Program is designed to help you kick-start your career in the built environment. We’re looking for curious, motivated grads who want to grow into tomorrow’s leaders and we’ll give you the tools, support and real-world experience to get there.

You’ll also gain hands-on experience in consulting, which includes working directly with clients, understanding their needs and learning how to build strong, professional relationships. In the process, you’ll build technical skills and learn what it takes to become a trusted advisor.

Over the 2-year program, you’ll take part in:

• technical training delivered by specialists at NDY
• social and networking events
• opportunities to rotate across disciplines
• regular check-ins with senior leaders.
