About NDY and our Graduate Program
At NDY, our purpose is simple: Making Spaces Work.
Our Graduate Program is designed to help you kick-start your career in the built environment. We’re looking for curious, motivated grads who want to grow into tomorrow’s leaders and we’ll give you the tools, support and real-world experience to get there.
You’ll also gain hands-on experience in consulting, which includes working directly with clients, understanding their needs and learning how to build strong, professional relationships. In the process, you’ll build technical skills and learn what it takes to become a trusted advisor.
Over the 2-year program, you’ll take part in:
- onsite and virtual workshops
- technical training delivered by specialists at NDY
- social and networking events
- opportunities to rotate across disciplines
- regular check-ins with senior leaders.
It’s a program built to help you grow professionally and personally, with the support of a team that wants to see you succeed.
Our 2027 Graduate Program applications will open on 1 July 2026 and close on 31 July 2026.
