Program Locations

🟡 Cadia (NSW)
Just a three-hour drive from Sydney, Cadia offers exposure to world-class mining practices. You'll work on a 5:2 / 4:3 roster in a dynamic and supportive environment.

🟢 Boddington (WA)
Experience a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) roster (5:2 / 4:3) with village accommodation provided. Located just 130 km from Perth and 100 km from the beach, your weekends are free to explore!

🔵 Tanami (NT)
Located approximately 540 km northwest of Alice Springs on Aboriginal freehold land, Tanami offers an 8:6 fly-in fly-out (FIFO) experience. You'll stay at a well-equipped camp just 40 km from site.
Please note: Tanami applicants must be able to fly from Perth, Brisbane, Alice Springs, or Darwin only.

• Currently studying Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field of study.

Our Recruitment Process

We’ve designed a streamlined and supportive recruitment process: simply apply online, complete a short video interview, meet with a hiring manager via Microsoft Teams, and, if successful, proceed to pre-employment checks including medical and employment verification.
