What will I be doing?
As part of our Auto Operations team, you’ll rotate through three key areas over the two-year program, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to initiatives that drive efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
Some teams you could be working with include:
Field Operations – experience frontline operations firsthand. You’ll contribute to key customer-facing metrics and help drive customer satisfaction.
Central Operations – working in our Centre of Excellence to identify, promote, and embed guidelines across critical operational areas such as Customer Delight, Total Net Conversion, Technical Excellence, Quality Management, and Process Improvement.
Footprint and Property – work with our property team to support the development and management of our national property portfolio across the AutoGlass network - playing a vital role in business growth.
Who we’re looking for
To be eligible for this role, you must have graduated, or expect to graduate with a Bachelors degree in any subject area ready for a July 2026 start. You must also have the right to work in the Australia for the duration of our programme.
You don’t have to have studied a particular degree to join us, but there are certain characteristics we value in our candidates.
