About the Engineering Innovation Graduate opportunities  

As an Engineering Innovation Graduate you will work in a growing Research and Innovation team with the ability to have tangible impact on our day-to-day operations.  Some of your responsibilities may include:  

Study Background  

As a Graduate Innovation Engineer, you will be studying or have graduated from Mechatronics, Electronics, Communications or Mechanical Engineering. 

You will have a Bachelor, Post Graduate, Master’s or PHD degree in the above disciplines or related fields and have completed your education in 2023 or due to be completed in 2024.  

In addition, you will have full working rights in Australia (with no restrictions). 

Locations  

Our 2025 Engineering Innovation Graduate opportunity will be based at our Kurri Technical Centre, local to Newcastle. For your 2026 rotation, your location options may also include our manufacturing locations including Gladstone, Lockyer Valley (Toowoomba) and Melbourne.
