What you can expect
Structured learning pathways
Receive one-on-one mentoring from experienced lawyers and access to structured training programs and CPD workshops.
Hands-on experience
12-month exposure and 'hands on' experience to a wide range of family law cases. You'll receive training in legal drafting, advocacy, dispute resolution, client care and management, and help develop practical and solutions-driven outcomes for families.
Dedicated support
Thrive in a supportive and inclusive team environment, which includes: wellbeing support, including EAP access and resilience training; dedicated support and time for training; and exposure to a diverse range of family law experience.
Ongoing opportunity
At the completion of the 12-month graduate program, there will be an opportunity for ongoing employment with us.
