Pentium Hydro is part of the Vysarn Group and we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate WHS Advisor to join our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both corporate and operational environments, contributing to the development of our integrated HSE systems and supporting safety initiatives across our diverse business units.
About the Role
As a Graduate WHS Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of Vysarn’s Integrated Management System and HSE Assurance Plan. You’ll be based in our Perth office, with opportunities to engage with site operations and provide on-the-ground support as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- System Development & Alignment
Assist in aligning WHS documentation across multiple business units to create a unified document frame work. - Compliance & Assurance
Support compliance with the WHS Act and Regulations through documentation reviews, gap analysis, and system updates. - Subcontractor Management
Contribute to the development of subcontractor HSE management processes, including initial assessments, assurance checks, and ongoing compliance monitoring. - Strategic Support
Participate in the planning and rollout of Vysarn’s 3-Year HSE Strategy, supporting initiatives through stakeholder engagement, documentation, and implementation phases. - Operational Exposure
Provide support to site-based teams when required, gaining valuable field experience and understanding of operational HSE practices.
About You
We’re seeking someone who is:
A recent graduate in Work Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Passionate about building a career in HSE and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- A confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel to operational sites as needed.
