You will be passionate about a career in Technology and will have completed a certificate, degree, or major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Information Management, Information Systems, or Data Engineering, or similar.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our 18-month rotational Technology graduate program, you’ll work in agile teams and gain experience in all aspects of our technology business. The graduate program is designed to mentor, coach and develop your career in software development, data and/or engineering. You’ll be supported by some of the best in the business and be part of regular deployment cycles for technology solutions and work on a range of projects from API development to gaining exposure to security, data, infrastructure and cloud technology. You’ll join a thriving community of Technologists who are here to help inspire, nurture and mentor.

What will you receive as part of the Program?

You will be offered a permanent full-time Graduate position, rotational in nature for the first 18 months before moving into an Associate Engineer position in your preferred team.

Before applying for the program, please ensure you meet our eligibility requirements:

  • Have full work rights in Australia
  • Have completed a relevant degree, discipline or major in 2021,2022 or 2023
  • Be able to attend key assessment days in September 2023
  • Be available and eligible to commence the role in Early February 2024

    We recommend that you complete this assessment in a quiet environment where you will not be disturbed. 

  3. Step 3: Video Interview 

    This stage involves completing a video interview. You will be asked to answer 3-4 questions designed to help us get to know you better. We encourage you to be yourself and answer truthfully. 

    Hints & Tips 

    A helpful tip is to ensure that you are in a quiet environment with a simple backdrop and no bright lights in the background.  

  4. Step 4: Assessment Centre 

    Successful candidates will be invited to attend a virtual Assessment Centre. We will confirm the specific date and time once you successfully pass Step 3. Please note that the dress code for an Assessment Centre is casual business attire. 

    Hints & Tips 

    The Assessment Centre is designed to assess your ability to interact and work within a team, so we encourage you to show us your personality and engage with your group members.
