About Pinnacle Investement Management

Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited (ASX:PNI) is a leading Australian-based multi-affiliate investment management firm. Our mission is to establish, grow and support a diverse stable of world-class investment management firms.

Pinnacle currently consists of nineteen investment management firms that collectively manage over A$200 billion in assets across a diverse range of asset classes. Our affiliated managers operate autonomously, in line with our philosophy that 'supported independence' is an essential ingredient in sustaining investment excellence and business resilience over the long term.

Associate Product Manager

One of our Affiliates are looking to hire an Associate Product Manager.  This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone early in their career (recent graduate or 1–2 years experience) who wants genuine exposure to how a fund manager operates. As a member of the Product Team, you will essentially be the glue between our investment team and our clients. You will work closely with the portfolio managers, analysts, dealers and risk team, and will be directly dealing with the clients who invest with us.

For the right person, this role offers strong career progression opportunities, with scope to grow into a Product Specialist role and, over time, potentially progress into an Investment Specialist position where you will be pitching funds to clients and potential clients.

About the role

As an Associate Product Manager your key responsibility is to own client outcomes – from pitches, onboarding, to ongoing client engagement across both wholesale and institutional clients. You’ll be the coordinator who keeps things moving between our investment team, our support teams at Pinnacle, and our clients. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and wants to build a strong foundation for a career in finance.

What you'll do

  • Building visually engaging presentations
  • Coordinating detailed client requests and crafting clear responses
  • Writing and editing marketing and communications
  • Helping plan and run client events
  • Owning client reporting and keeping client relationships running smoothly

Qualifications

We look for hardworking individuals who have a passion for equities, a drive for perpetual improvement, and people who put the team before the individual.

For this role specifically, we are looking for someone with:

  • High energy, positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative
  • A big-picture thinker who thrives on juggling lots of priorities
  • Ultra organised with a good attention to detail
  • A clear communicator – both spoken and written
  • Visually sharp, with a strong feel for brand and presentation
  • Comfortable using AI to work smarter and more efficiently

To Apply, please send your resume, cover letter and academic transcripts through to [email protected].

Given the anticipated volume of applicants, only those who are successful moving forward to the next stage of the process will be contacted.
