An exciting graduate opportunity has become available in Pinnacle’s Investment Operations Team. We are seeking an Investment Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting Pinnacle's Investment Operations service capabilities. This position provides exposure to investors and a wide range of investment philosophies. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. The role requires someone who can take ownership of the responsibilities they are tasked with. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily reconciliations of investment portfolios to counter-parties and clients;
  • Production of daily cash flow reports;
  • Portfolio reporting for Fund Managers and clients;
  • Compliance monitoring and reporting;
  • Investor servicing;
  • Business process improvement and operations optimisation;
  • Technology support; and
  • Project work

The Successful Candidate:

  • Working knowledge of OMS/PMA environments is desired, with BBG AIMS/Eze experience preferred;
  • Experience performing daily trade operations, including the use of platforms such as CTM/Traiana/GTSS for trade matching;
  • Experience performing holdings/NAV and cash reconciliation across both fund vehicles and segregated accounts;
  • Strong asset class knowledge, with a focus on global equities, FX, and fixed income;
  • Understanding of different fund structures and local regulatory requirements;
  • Experience with building strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Excel VBA and Python skills highly desirable, with a desire to optimise processes and improve middle office services.
