Our host company provides a comprehensive engineering consultancy service for various projects and is seeking to appoint a Civil Engineer to join their expanding Australian team. The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced yet supportive environment, delivering exceptional quality work.  

Key Responsabilites & Duties

• Optimize project cost control and budget management 
• Accurately estimate project completion times and manage changing project deadlines 
• Streamline construction site management and ensure compliance with industry regulations 
• Increase productivity with automated scheduling and resource utilization analysis 
• Maximize the accuracy of construction forecasts for better financial decisions
• Drafting of plans, contract documentation and quality assurance. 

Essential Selection Criteria 

• Be proficient in 12D and AutoCAD
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering  
• A proven ability to work within a team, be self-motivated and be able to assist on multiple projects concurrently
• Attention to detail and be able to diligently carry out Engineering tasks with high efficiency
• Capable of liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including the client, sub-consultants and sub-contractors.
• Good written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated Mentor and Placement Consultant to guide, coach and offer career advice throughout the internship placement.
