Key Areas of Responsibility

As a Networking / IT Support Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting IT systems and end users in a professional workplace. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing first-level IT and technical support
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Supporting network setup, maintenance, and monitoring
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access
• Logging and resolving support tickets

This internship helps you build confidence working with real systems and users in an Australian IT environment.
