Graduate Programs

Our early career academies and programs will help you to put theory into practice and prepare you for your first full-time role with Sas. We look for graduates who are eager to hit the ground running and tackle challenges head on. We’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to start your career through our training program based at our headquarters in North Carolina, America. We offer four different opportunities for graduates:  

Sales Academy  

You’ll manage a territory of accounts, work with technical and business executives and strive to meet revenue goals and targets. All sales associates are eligible for sales commissions.  

Degree background: Business, Marketing, Sales, Management Information Systems 

Customer Advisory Academy   

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help organisations improve the way they work by mapping data challenges to Sas capabilities.

Degree background: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Economics   

Technical Enablement Academy  

As a Technical Enablement Professional, you could work in a number of different roles across our business from technical support engineer, technical writer, software developer to analytical consultant.   
 
Degree background: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Analytics, Teaching, Technical Writing, IT Troubleshooting, Programming  

Marketing Rotational Program 

A two-year program that will see you learn about Sas products and marketing practices. You’ll start by learning the ropes through structure classroom training then rotate through the various areas of our marketing business to gain hands-on experience. At the end of the program, you’ll be places with the team that best suits your skills and our business need.

To start the process, you’ll need to apply online. Typically, you will then go through a round of three interviews, however this will vary depending on the role and team you’re applying to.  

  1. Phone or video interview with someone from our talent acquisition team  
  2. Phone interview with a member of the hiring team  
  3. Finally, you’ll attend an onsite interview  

The interview process will help us to gain an understanding of you and your values and how they align to Sas, your technical skills and any other specific competencies necessary for the role.
