About the Role

\r\n

Due to the rapid growth, we've expanded operations and are now seeking a enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Assistant to join our vibrant team based in Sydney. Reporting to the GM Human Resources this position will provide support in the delivery of a range of HR activities throughout the employee life cycle in Seko.

\r\n

Key Duties

\r\n

Assisting with recruitment on a national level across all company divisions. (Posting job ads, screening candidates CV's and obtaining detailed information about applicants).
Assisting with new starters and on-boarding
Managing/maintaining employee HR files;
Assisting with P&C activities .
General HR administration as required.

\r\n

About you

\r\n

Attention to detail
Adaptability
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to independently manage and prioritise work
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Keen to learn and get involved in HR projects
Passion for generalist HR activities.
