Across the two years on the Serco Graduate program, you’ll take on real challenges, work with inspiring leaders, and gain the skills, experience and commercial insight to set you on the path of a fulfilling career.

You’ll be encouraged to use your initiative, take on important responsibilities and gain practical experience across a number of our businesses and/or corporate functional teams. In any given week you might find yourself undertaking research, presenting to our government customers, identifying opportunities for innovation, shaping new services, contributing to a competitive bid, assessing KPIs, supporting the transition of a multi-million-dollar contract, contributing to business transformation, or developing your people leadership skills.

Operations | Sydney and Melbourne

Move across a range of our frontline operations to appreciate first-hand the work we do and gain experience across the many different aspects and teams contributing to business outcomes, development of business strategies and innovation, leading people, and business governance.

Degrees: Business, Commerce, Finance, Arts, Government Relations, Public Administration

Digital | Sydney

Benefit from diverse exposure and experience including participation in workshops to identify and problems and co-design solutions, researching trends, analysing and interpreting business and technology needs and translating them into solutions.

Degrees: Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematical Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering

Justice | Grafton, New South Wales

Join Australia’s newest and largest correction centre and benefit from diverse on-site exposure and experience including operational performance, people and capability (HR) and custodial operations.

Degrees: Business, Commerce, Social Science, Law, Arts, Legal Justice, Public Administration

People & Capability | Melbourne

Bring your studies (and exposure to IR/ER) to life as you are immersed in different teams and frontline operations across Melbourne, to build a diverse portfolio of experience.

  2. If successful, attend an immersive Assessment Centre online
  3. Once you complete the process, offers will then be made to successful applicants

Places on the Serco Graduate Program are limited and applications are only open for a very short time, so don’t hesitate if you think this opportunity might be right for you.
