Join the Order Management & Billing team to design solutions, automate processes, perform CRM testing and support order management tasks. You will be involved in solution design, internal development tasks, test case execution and many more.  

Make an Impact by:

• Design solutions for business needs and new functionalities
• Manage business expectations and delivery quality solutions in the given time and budget
• Proactively identify, design and maintain architectural artifacts to promote design and development/implementation consistency of systems and applications, or to reduce their time to market, cost and technical risk
• Create solution descriptions and provide estimates for Change Requests
• Investigate and assess internal customers’ technical issues related to the assigned application, and manage each case to a successful resolution by working in conjunction with IT colleagues and directly with internal customers where necessary

Skills for Success:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in solution design and test case execution
• Good communication skills and can-do attitude
• Able to adhere to tight deadlines and can work independently
