The Project Analyst Intern is responsible for the development and automation of project delivery reports for various stakeholders. You will work closely with the EIT Delivery Team to gather data, analyse project performance metrics and create reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders across EIT.

Make an Impact

• Collaborate with the project managers to understand reporting requirements and objectives
• Assist in gathering and organizing project data from our internal IT portal 
• Analyse, Design and Develop automated reporting templates and dashboard using IT Assist and PowerPoint or and other Microsoft Apps
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of project delivery reports
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis tasks as needed

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in IT Project Management
• Knowledge in SDLC, Project Management methodologies, Waterfall and Agile Delivery methods
• Knowledge in MS Project or other Project Management tools
• Good presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong collaborator, great problem and situation management skills
