Our vacation program takes place in November/December to February each year for a 12 -week period.  All our operations in Australia usually participate with opportunities in many different streams for students in their penultimate year.

Vacationers will participate in a project that is based on a business need.  The project will have real life impacts on the work we do here at South32.

Students who perform well on the vacation program are generally offered a position on our graduate program for the following year.  It is a great opportunity to get some hands-on experience as well as well as set you up for a long-term career with South32.

Applications open in March each year for these opportunities.
