This role is designed to help you grow your technical skills across both front-end and back-end development, contributing to real-world projects using technologies like Java/.NET, React, Node.js, and TypeScript, while also exploring how emerging technologies like AI and machine learning can enhance our digital experiences.

You’ll be supported by experienced engineers and work within an agile environment, gaining exposure to the full software development lifecycle—from design and development to testing and deployment. In the graduate role you will be expected to rotate to a minimum of two different delivery teams during your program.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Software Development

  • Learning to design, develop, and test high-quality software components
  • Contributing to building responsive and accessible mobile, web and backend applications
  • Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and improve existing codebases.
  • Participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies to build your understanding of best practices

Platform Support

  • Assisting in maintaining the reliability and performance of our customer-facing platforms
  • Learning about monitoring, alerting, and logging tools to support production systems
  • Supporting the team in implementing scalable and maintainable solutions

Solution Delivery

  • Helping prepare technical documentation and contribute to solution design discussions
  • Working with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver value.
  • Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines, modern DevOps practices and AI-driven tools and platforms

About You

We’re passionate about development and provide on-the-job training, but we also want to set you up for success. To thrive in this graduate role, we’re looking for someone who brings the following:

  • Strong interest in software development and digital technologies and a drive to explore emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, and their practical application in software development
  • Basic knowledge of Java or .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ideally some exposure to React or Node.js
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong attention to detail with curiosity, critical thinking and a passion for solving problems and building great user experiences
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
