About The Role

As a Graduate Trader, you'll join the team responsible for shaping and delivering world-class US Sports betting product. From day one, you'll be immersed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where data, decision-making, and commercial thinking come together in real time.

Working alongside experienced traders, you'll learn how to analyse markets, manage risk, trade live sporting events, and leverage sophisticated proprietary models to make informed trading decisions. No two days are the same, with opportunities to react to live events, identify opportunities, and contribute directly to business performance.

You'll collaborate with local and global trading teams, gaining exposure to industry-leading expertise and best practice while helping drive innovation and continuous improvement across our products. Through structured development, mentoring, and hands-on experience, you'll build the technical, analytical, and commercial skills required to become a successful trader.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Utilising our proprietary models for day-to-day operations, including the monitoring of pre-match and live trading price efficiency.
  • Managing live events concurrently, applying your analytical skills in real-time to manage risk and multiple sports products.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of trading systems, processes, and products by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance reporting.

About You
