About the Role 

Join us as a Graduate Full Stack Software Engineer and kick-start your career in a collaborative, agile environment where innovation, learning, and impact go hand in hand.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end development, working with technologies such as Java/.NET, React, Node.js, and TypeScript. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore emerging areas like AI and machine learning to help shape the future of our customer-facing platforms.

As part of our graduate program, you’ll rotate through at least two different delivery teams, giving you exposure to diverse challenges and development practices across the business.

The three key areas of the role include:

Software Development

  • Design, develop, and test high-quality software components.
  • Build responsive and accessible web, mobile, and backend applications.
  • Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot and enhance existing systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning to build technical and team-based skills.

Platform Support

  • Help ensure the reliability and performance of our platforms.
  • Learn and use monitoring, alerting, and logging tools to support live systems.
  • Assist in implementing scalable, maintainable software solutions.

Solution Delivery

  • Contribute to technical documentation and solution design sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver real value.
  • Gain hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and AI-enhanced tools.

 

About You 

You're a recent or soon-to-be graduate who’s passionate about software development and excited to launch your career in a fast-paced, agile environment. You enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and collaborating with others to build great user experiences.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A strong interest in software development and digital technologies
  • Basic knowledge of Java or .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with some exposure to frameworks like React or Node.js
  • Curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for problem-solving
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly
  • A willingness to work with ambiguity and tackle undefined problems
  • Attention to detail and a drive to learn and grow
  • An eagerness to explore emerging tech like AI and machine learning

 

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident (No sponsorship available)
  • Final-year student or recent graduate within the past two years (2024, 2025 or January 2026) of a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Internship or project experience in web or mobile development is a plus, but not required
  • Willing to undergo required checks like police check and global sanctions check
