We are seeking a motivated, energetic individual to join the team at our new Arundel facility. The facility will be used for R&D and staging of future facility builds.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Procurement Coordinator role involves project procurement, task management, reporting, tracking and document control.

A typical week will include:

Working with a fast-paced team of engineers, assemblers, building trades, production staff, specialists and administration support to agree project priorities
Organising parts and equipment supply orders, deliveries and contractors (including raising purchase orders)
Assist with data analysis to support strategic initiatives
Support targeted sourcing initiatives
Troubleshooting, resolving and preventing issues!

SKILLS REQUIRED

The ideal applicant will have the following:

Passion for spreadsheets
Master in Vlookup, index match, advanced conditional formatting, pivot tables, macros and data simulations
You share our vision of making a positive impact on the environment
You love finding new ways of doing things
Thrive on implementing system improvements
Enjoy taking initiative and being part of something new
