Staples Employee Experience

Staples Australia

Their Experiences

Mario, Pricing

Global mobility has for me differentiated Staples from other employers. With the Staples Global Expert Exchange Program I spent a year at Staples’ European headquarters in Amsterdam - one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.

Aneta, Marketing

At Staples, we get all the right training and support to deliver even the most challenging projects. I also love that we have the opportunity to grow our careers in the right direction, as I see myself as part of the Staples leadership team one day.

Leon, Sales

A key to my professional and personal development was Staples’ six-month mentoring program. This was invaluable, allowing me to understand more about the business and ways to further my career, fine-tune my skills and overachieve in my role.

Ashleigh, Sales

More than any other company I’ve worked for, values really make a difference at Staples. It’s quite a thrill to be identified by senior management for a values recognition award, especially since so many other people are doing fantastic things too.

Vedran, Sales

My career with Staples has given me valuable experience working with large, high-profile corporate companies. My success has seen me promoted to a role where I maintain and grow relationships with our highest value and largest clients.

Chris, Technology

I was proud to be chosen as a finalist in the Staples High Potentials program in 2014 across all staff. The development program I took part as a result undoubtedly accelerated my promotion to a key senior leadership position at Staples.

Ilana,HR

I joined Staples in the Talent team and quickly earned a promotion to Talent Business Partner. As my next career goal was to move to an HR role, I was able to spend time supporting and shadowing the HR team before successfully applying for my current role.

Maxwell, Supply Chain

The Staples Supply Chain team is focused on driving business optimisation. Providing the highest customers service levels in the most economical way possible. At Staples I have had opportunities for career development through internal promotion and internal development programs targeting real world skills.
