IT Service Desk

Our passionate, results focused IT team work collaboratively to deliver commercial and practical IT solutions to our internal clients.  We embrace the opportunity to drive change through the business and are motivated to enable the firm to achieve its strategic priorities.  As the IT Service Desk Officer, you will engage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders (including service providers, vendors, and offshore team members) to deliver a successful and professional service outcome.

Graduate IT Service Desk Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service in person and remotely 
  • End user support of core business applications
  • Onboarding and offboarding users
  • Support and Administration of Microsoft Office 365 applications and Azure AD/IaaS
  • Microsoft Windows Clients OS life-cycle management
  • Creating and updating process documentation
  • Hardware asset management
  • And more!
